Information for patients is as follows:
NOTICE TO PATIENTS
Our practice is now open as usual but we just wanted to be clear that this may not be business as usual. The treatments you are offered may be different to those you received before, depending on government guidelines and availability of staff, equipment and PPE.
During the initial phase of reopening, we have been advised by NHS London to prioritise those patients who have had or are still in severe pain. It will take some time before services return to what you previously experienced as normal. Please be patient.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our surgery. We are up-to-date on new infection control guidance made by governing bodies. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. For example:
- We request that all patients download a pre-appointment triage questionnaire (with medical history form if absent for longer than a year) and email it back. Dentists will then triage patient and patient will be called to schedule an appointment

- We have a hand sanitiser that we will ask you to use when you enter the practice. You will also find some in the reception area and other places in the practice for you to use as needed
- appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment
Please adhere to the following:
- please do not arrive without an appointment
- please don't arrive early but exactly on time, and call the surgery when ready to come in
- if necessary, you might be asked to wait outside the practice
- no extra bags, coats, etc, keep your belongings to a minimum
- no escorts unless necessary-only one escort allowed
- to prevent cross contamination patient must bring their own pen
- patients should come wearing a mask
- a distance of at least two meters must be observed
- unfortunately the toilet will be out of use
- payment should be arranged preferably by card
- If patient shows symptoms following appointment booking, patient should contact the practice by phone
